Return & Exchange policy: All Sales are Final. Dance shoes are not eligible for returns, or refunds. Clients are allowed one exchange only. Shipping costs associated with the exchange are to be covered by the client. Piel Canela Dance School will not cover shipping costs associated with exchanges. It is always best to send us a picture of your shoes sole, top and bottom to confirm your eligibility for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid in their original condition within 14 days of your online order. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
